The frustrations of working with the public service....

I am working on some skifield concessions at the moment, including the Ohau Snowfields chairlift. Now that I work in a business for clients who need stuff within definite timeframes I can see why organisations like DOC are so frustrating to work with. We have now spent nearly a year on getting this concession and are still waiting! I think they need to employ a consultant to process their concessions! #publicservice #DOC #concessions #clients
